Static Oven

A static oven offers both an upper and lower heat element. These types of ovens are great for browning dishes and perfect if you are after a crispy pizza base. Static ovens generally offer a larger capacity giving you much more room for bigger family meals.

Fan Assisted Oven

Fan assisted ovens provide both an upper and lower heat element with a fan situated at the back of the cavity. It doesn’t matter which shelf you place your food on, in a fan assisted oven you will get an even heat distribution throughout the cavity.

True Fan Oven

A true fan oven offers offers the most evenly distributed heat, true fan ovens generally do not require any pre-heating and have a heating element around the fan at the back of the oven.
