World Vegetarian Day
Celebrating World Vegatarian Day has been a tradition since 1977 when it was first established by the North American Vegetarian Society.
This day brings awareness to the benefits of the vegetarian lifestyle and it is really surprising what you can do with different vegetarian ingredients!
I believe you cannot beat a good sunday dinner or a steak and chips however after hunting down these fantastic meals I have found that you really don’t need meat to make a meal scrumptious. Hearty and filling meals can be meat free but still packed with so much flavour!
This day kicks of Vegetarian Awareness Month and is the start of promoting a healthy lifestyle and ways to taste delicious delicacies and styles of food in ways you may of not necessarily thought of before.

Goat’s cheese is like marmite, you either love it or hate it. If you love it then this is a tart you need to try. The goat’s cheese compliments the sticky sweet onions perfectly and with the buttery puff pastry, you have yourself a wonderful lunchtime meal.
