National BBQ Week
It’s National BBQ Week and the start of alfresco dining for the summer. So get yourself out in the garden with a drink in hand and enjoy everything outdoor cooking has to offer.
Gas or charcoal?
Whichever is your preferred method of BBQ’ing, there are pros and cons to both.
Gas BBQ’s are brilliant if you are looking for an easier, user friendly way of cooking outside and they are perfect for impromptu BBQ’s on a summers evening as they heat up fairly quickly. However many believe that the only true way to really BBQ is using charcoal, this gives you the proper smokey flavour to what you’re cooking. Although, charcoal BBQ’s are fairly difficult to control the heat and you don’t have specific cooking times to go by.
Gas or charcoal, it really doesn’t matter when you can cook some brilliant foods, outdoors and enjoy the summer with friends and family!
Here are some scrumptious ideas to get you in the mood to get your BBQ out this week and celebrate!
