Why not get creative with your trick or treat sweet bowl and make a Halloween jelly surprise. This particular recipe by BBC Good Food says to use lychees and grapes to make scary eyes, and marzipan for the fingers. However if you want to try and keep it as healthy as possible, why not cut slices of bananas instead for fingers? This is a fun way of getting the children excited and involved in picking their own treats, just make sure you have some tissues at the ready!!
